In my company, we have 2 collectors. Each collector is meant to update different inventories. However, since I’m not responsible for both collectors it is possible that the other collector is collecting the same device(s) as my collector.

Within the SNTC portal, I’ve opted to set my reporting preference to LATEST view. However, when I’m looking at my reports, such as Custom Inventory Report, I notice that several collection dates are shown. Why does that happen?

You can manage this in the Partner Self Service tool at: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/account.html. Under Change Location, click the Change or Remove My Company Association link.
