My company have a leaf switch but all interfaces are down due to unknown reason,what can be the the problem?thanks

i bought a new 1900 series router and when i type the enable command it says % no password set and i have tried to reset the password with ROMMON mode using CTRL +Break key but i haven't break to rommon mode plaese any idea
