Create a dashboard widget that takes you to any enrolled courses in cisco learning network.  Instead of searching in emails for registration information, time of class, how to log into the class and what not, include it as part of the CX.

I would like to consolidate authentication across services so when you log into CX Cloud you don't have to log into each of the services  separately.  Ideally the SSO would also be set up with 2FA for added security.

It would be nice to have a dashboard tile that would direct us to the Talos site as well as one that would let us go to our ASA vpn.

I would love to see a dashboard tile that would take me directly to my Cisco support account so I can review cases that I have open.  Even better if there was some indication on the tile that there is an action awaiting me!
