Hi team,I am on working one case with cisco team, cisco tech support wants device log, i have taken that but file size is 28Mb. it's not working to send on mail, getting error file size is large. give me solution how to send log.
hi team. we have cisco room kit plus p 60. we are using Microsoft teams for audio and video call. while in called and share any video through teams, other end not able to listen audio.
We have already purchase CVI. We have 2 device of room kit. 6th October both device same time face audio content sharing issue. before that its working fine.
