Quick question....if a C160 fails (say for a power outage), what happens to mesages already sent by our Exchange box....are they lost?

Hi folks, just installed a couple of C160s.....but the notifications for quarantined emails are always sent as plain text emails - hence cannot insert company logo or similar.Any ideas?Thanks
