When importing maps into WCS (4.2) they look very blurry and are virtually unreadable, but if you look at the orignal PNG file (which was converted from DWG) it is perfectly clear. Is there any way around this?

I am currently running ACS v4.2 on a Windows 2003 SP2 server which has been running without problem for the last year or so. I cleared the old log files from the server and rebooted today and now the services are stalling at the following stages..CS...
