The landline phone can able to receive calls but cannot make a call.Whenever we call, silence is on.Whenever we receive a call, it sounds good, talking and listening.

Hi,Do you mind if I ask if I ask how to resolve the issue if it's an RTP Port blocking? Is it resetting the device or reconfiguration?Many thanks.
