We need to change the common phone profile and common device configuration, as it has vpn profiles which are not in use, since phones are MRA devices. Once its removed, phones are asking for credentials and doesn't get stuck in vpn mode.
MRANo phones ever use VPN since we decommissioned.There is no issue, its the phones when they loose connection go back to VPN mode and always require a reboot.
There was an Expressway certificate renewal recently but the phones were working fine for 2 days after that.They are fine now, but each one required a reboot to fix the issue.
