dont try to configure the set clock command because when you will reboot the router it will be lost. I think the best way is to configure : sntp server (ip address ) ver (?)and : clock timezone xxxfew ntp servers i know: 204.123.2.72 ver 3129.132.2....
the ports that I usually open for pc-anywhere are: 5631 tcp, 65301 tcp ,5632 udp, 22 udp (although some of them are for older versions of pcanywhere )I think that if you have opend all those ports with static nat and conduit it should work.
