Thanks java. Yes after some extensive searching I did find a few posts describing a similar scenario but I didn't find a definitive answer. I appreciate your reply and recommendation.

Hi Paul, I have a customer using the Cisco USB MOH card and we provided this product to reduce the input level to mic level. Could be an option for you if you still need one.http://www.radiodesignlabs.com/product.php?page=26Regards

Hello, we are testing similar scenarios. After updating the MOH source file, what happens if you stop/start the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming service? Do you get the pop up after restarting the service? Or does the updated audio play? We're work...
