No we didn´t come any further. This is the setup for now (with Mikrotik) and we will test another brand also in near future.

I got the respond from TAC that the datasheet is correct, puh so the search for a solution goes on.

No, C1200 doesn´t show up with any 10G SFPs in that list. But Regarding to data sheet Cisco Catalyst 1200 Series Switches Data Sheet - Cisco, SFP-10G-LR is supported in C1200-48T-4X (SFP+).
