When power is applied all port LEDs immediately blink yellow and no output on the console. The fan spins. The switch has not been in service for some time. I think its toast.

I would like to set up a wireless system much like one finds at hotels, airports etc. You connect to the wireless network. Bring up a browser and enter a access code to use the system. Any info would be helpfull. Thanks
