yehinfact at layer 1 the interfaces are up when i connect. i am infact using v35 to g703 convertors to transport E1sline protocol actually is intermitenetgoes up and down
i think i could not clarify my question2501 is connected to 2501when i connect 2510 of locb to 3620 of loc A through serial port(E1) and bring both the ports on same netwrok i.e 192.1.26.0/24 they should be able to ping each otherrotuing is next step...
