Cisco 7960 SIP firmware trouble

I'm using firmware 8.2 on a Cisco 7960, but It seems it isn't registering to the SIP server, I have configure everything and I think is configured ok, I can't place a call nor receive one, can someone help me
How can I get cisco 7960 older releases firmware??

I need to make an upgrade but I just find the 8.2 image on teh cisco website, how i can get teh 6.3 release of the firmware
