Failed to Install UI- Cisco Secure Endpoint - AMP 8.2.3.30119

When I try and install the latest update to AMP, it gives me an error that says Failed to Install UI. I have uninstalled the old version, and it keeps hanging on the new version. AMP 8.2.3.30119
