OK - So you're saying that since I'm using WFQ, the badwidth command does nothing? So what do I need to do to get it working? I tried setting the "bandwidth percent" to 20 and it still does the same thing (no marked outgoing packets)... And why is it...

But the "max-reserve-bandwidth 100" command allows more than the default 75% bandwidth per interface.Like I said, I have the exact same config on a 1720 at a remote site and it works fine with the "bandwidth percent 80" in the class COS2.Any other id...
