Upgrading a PIX firewall via tftp

I am trying to upgrade my PIX firewall remotely via tftp. After I go through the tftp process the process times out after 15 seconds. Has anyone run into this problem? What can I do to find out why the tftp transfer is timming out?Thank you,John...
