Completely understandable.No i am notWhen my friend loaned this device to me, he stated he forgot the Enable password and his user id and login....I have not found a document on how to reset/find the password.

When i attempted the WR erase, it stated Invalid input deteced at the '^' marker.wr erase  ^is how it is showing the marker.

Ok. How does one perform a hard reset to get it back to factory settings?
