CSCve03476 - DHCP relayed packets not forwarded when DHCP snooping is enabled on the switch. - 2

We are using 16.3.5b on WS-C3650-24TS and this is still affecting us. We had to disable DHCP snooping otherwise no client machines could get IPs. The issue is listed as fixed in 16.3.5b but I have to differ. please give us the some suggestion.
