Can you connect Nexus 5596 ethernet port(1G) to fiber port(1G) on a C6509E with sup720 ?I've tried both with 10G-SR sfp+ and SFP-GE-S sfp but the link is not coming up. Is this allowed or do you have to have 10G module on the C6509E ?
We've pair of C7206VXR NPE-G2s that we're trying to upgrade to ASR1004 that talks to pair of WAE7371s. I've attempted twice to upgrade the routers but failed due to "WCCP" bouncing every minute. TAC suggested that I modify the wccp load balacing feat...

Thank you very much for your response.I can rule out congestion or high CPU utilization because Load on the circuit and the CPU utilization is minimal, txload 3/255, rxload 3/255 and less than 1% CPU utilization at the time of BGP flap.
Thank you very much for your reply. We don't have AS number to do BGP yet. Each router has 6M pipe out to single ISP.router1 is connected to ASA outside, router2 is not connected yet.I'm thinking of either connecting router2 to another outside interfa...
