Do you really expect people to provide help for you if you don't provide any details, including descriptions of symptoms or the exact error messages that you are seeing? Even screenshots would help.
What steps did you follow? Can you provide a link? People often make up their own steps or combine ones from different products so it's important to know what you actually did. Also, what device or devices did you do this on?
What error messages are you receiving from Outlook? The error messages are there for a purpose, namely to help people diagnose problems beyond "it won't work"
Without any additional information it sounds likely that your OpenDNS settings are blocking...
