VXC 2111 not displaying on 2nd video input

I'm having issues with the VXC 2111 not displaying to the 2nd video input. The 2111 is attached to a 9971 directly to two Dell monitors using DVI cables. The 2111 is running the latest firmware. Any thoughts?
