Hi,This may be the most stupid question ever but have you verified the connection speeds from your parents network behind the ASA5505 to Internet? Also a more up-to-date version of ASA software wouldn't hurt either.

Bad news is I haven't had time to test and see what eventually went wrong with the previous version. Good news is that the version 3.1.01065 of the client solved the issue.

For me the iOS6 and the lates AC for iOS has been working mostly fine. Mostly because with the test profile I have been using I noticed some strange behavior caused by the fact how the iOS6 checks the network connectivity, http://appleinsider.com/art...
