I seem to be in diagnostic mode - How do i exitIs the a factory reset in the basic start up menu?Would flashing switch blank password?

wget.exe problem

On laptop that worked yesterday. I am now getting wget.exe.failing on ntdll.dll. I installed CISCO network magic this am---is this a problem for this client?
