  I plugged in the A9K-MOD80-SE and the A9K-MOD80-SE PLATFORM-SHELFMGR_HAL-3-CBC_OFFLINE log is output. Is it a bad card? shelfmgr[400]: %PLATFORM-SHELFMGR_HAL-3-CBC_OFFLINE : 0/5/CPU0 CBC processor is offline   It does not appear to be online.
