Currently we have a issue that when our wifi is running ,some of aps have too much clients such as
AP1:100clients
AP2: 20clients
AP3: 15clients
how can I do to put a great of clients from ap1 to ap2 or ap3 ? I had already tried to reduced t...

correct ! this issue is affecting 802.11b MORE than 802.11a . so you think now the only way I can try is upgrade the dirvers of the NIC ?
