The QM account It not working on view recording mode. This issue just have only one user can't access recording mode, When click the recording mode screen will be show "Initializing media player..." and it still to show this on screen not change any ...

I have some issue, I see the CCX log has show a lot error "FCRasServer 2109"I would like to know what happen this and how to troubleshooting.RegardsKittipoth.P

Hi chetan,Thank for your response.Now, AM already come back to normally working.I resolve it by run query script for clearing session on QMDB. 
