Limiting access by IP address does not work reliably - this is why I wantDNS with time limits.I want to set - and mostly forget - that youtube.com only works until 11PMand is off overnight until 7AM.

Can it be done with any other product?    I want to reduce my "lost in video" time by setting access hours to aid my poor self control against the YouTube algorithm.  I want to enforce a rule like:   YouTube.com     available from 8am to 11pmFacBook ...
