It looks like there are certain features that are only available when running in Native mode on Sup2. Is there any reason to use CatOS going forward other than for backward compatibilty?Thanks,RJ

Thanks for all the responses.Across a WAN, you need to specify the LAN interface as the source since protocols will use the serial interface for the source since that is the interface where the route points to for the server. NTP works the same way ...
