Issues with Aironet 1142 and iPhone/iPad Connectivity

Hello,I setup the Aironet with local Radius authentication WPA2.  I am able to connect with both PC's and Mac desktops and Laptops, however both iPhone and iPads I have tried to connect it attempts, then after 45 seconds they display "Cannon Connect"...
