I think you're right. Let me know if the picture I attached is what you're referring to...I can see that the access point picks up an IP address and subnet mask from the DHCP server but then it keeps looking for its controller (which we don't have)....
I am brand new to Cisco. How do I get access to AP CLI? I tried to PUTTY into it using my desktop's serial port, but a blank black box opens and nothing happens. Wouldn't all setting be cleared since I wiped it?
