Can you Provide the output from 3800 > Show certificate all try to disable NTP on ME WLC and change the date according to certificate then use command config ap cert-expiry-ignore mic enable
@bryanavl , can you create one test ACL with permit any any & test it . as you mentioned when you removed ACL from policy profile it works fine , so just want make sure no issue with ACL rule sequenece and ACL name .

if You have console of any one problematic AP , can you configure it statically with IP address and WLC IP, to see IP is only causing an issue or something else.
