You have to do the updates for your 1.1 or 1.2 firmware in three steps:1: update to 1.3.5.x (I used 1.3.5.58) (ROS followed by Boot RTB)2: update to 1.3.7.18 (ROS only)3: update to 1.4.11.5 (Boot RTB followed by ROS)
