Ok so i have ipv4 IPOE subs working more or less they get the IP from dhcp get access, but not that i'm trying to implement QOS i'm hitting an issue i am using a ASR9001 for our BNG.

Thanks for the suggestion, Sounds possible, I'll give it a try but that doesn't really explain why it only happens on the ASR and didn't happen on previous BNG's we had.
I have an odd issue, we've got our ASR9001-S working its handling clients great in a GeoRed config.
But we've noticed when customers connect it's taking noticeably longer than our old PPPoE Concentrators... After the verifying username and password...
