I have had this issue with Apple devices. I think it has to do with the Private Wi-Fi Address feature. This has only become an issue with Meraki in the last 1-2 updates.
I have had this issue happen twice during work hours. Version 19 have no mention of random reboots being an issue so hopefully the issue is being resolved.
