The lifetime for ISAKMP was removed from our router. The office router did not have a lifetime assiged to the ISAKMP Policy. We are still losing our connection every 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, only the VPN goes down. Internet stays up and has been up for 48 hours.Site to Site is correct. L2LTPAfter 15 minutes, we can still ping the peer.
