You should configure fa0/23 to only mode access by command "switchport mode access". Also if you don't expect BPDU packets on interfaces I advice you to add these lines:

The simlplest way is to configure port as trunk port with "trunk allowed vlan 20,50,90" and connect this port to a device you need. If it is Linux you can create vlan interfaces on it.
