Can anyone tell me why the extenion port field would be disable?See the attached image.Restored everything to factory yesterday.I'm 99% sure I was able to assign an FXS port to an extension when changing the role to "User Type" prior to the rebuild.

Our SIP provider currently requires that we dial with a 1-XXXXXXXXXX even for local calls. Curious if its possible to allow a dial-pattern to add the "1" to the front of a standard 10-digital phone number.I don't see any way to do this with the CCA a...
