Thanks ! I ran into this exact same issue in my lab with vManage version 20.9.1 & c8000v at 17.09.01a. I am going to try to 17.6.x and see if that helps.

Thanks for the update Ivan , can you please elaborate about what you mean by " best interface according to the 'sh ip ro vrf A' output" . Does it mean the interface with highest IP address or something like that ?
