Hello, I have an annoying issue , it is not a customer affecting but still , when i trying to issue packet tracer command on my 5555 asa, the message (ping failed tracing packet) appears and when searched issue on the Cisco website it says this a bug...

hellowe can't open the web attached  below . do you  have other setups to resolve this issue ?
