Ping packet tracer failed on 5555 asa

Hello,

I have an annoying issue , it is not a customer affecting but still , when i trying to issue packet tracer command on my 5555 asa, the message (ping failed tracing packet) appears and when searched issue on the Cisco website it says this a bug with ID CSCur41046.

If any one can help on this or have the same issue please advise .

This was resolved , i found that a packet capture is running as well on the box . I don't know how that is affect each other but it does.
