I need to have my public IP unblocked so I can add it to OPEN DNS. Does anyone know how to actually raise a ticket that can be addressed by a technician? Surely, there is a way to get this resolved.Thanks!
Brayan, I don't have an answer but I wanted to caution you that it is not a good idea to display your public IP on a public forum. I too am frusted that I can not find a way to raise a support ticket.
