Hello,

I am trying to add my public IP 148.224.12.110 to my OpenDNS dashboard but I get the error:

Network is a subnet of another member's CLOSED network.

This IP belongs to my network and I need to register it in my account.
Could you please help me release or allow this IP to be added?

Brayan, I don't have an answer but I wanted to caution you that it is not a good idea to display your public IP on a public forum. I too am frusted that I can not find a way to raise a support ticket.
