I genuinely don't know what else I am supposed to do at this point. I completed all three CCNA courses through Cisco Networking Academy, and my instructor has marked all three courses as completed. My NetAcad account shows the CCNA 58% course-granted...
The most frustrating part is that I have spent about a year now preparing for the CCNA and finally completed all three NetAcad courses, only to get stuck at the last step because the discount is suddenly showing as ineligible.
