Currently our network is one /23 broadcast domain.  We are having issues with our network slowing down just during peak times.  I want to divide the network into a /26 domain and use a layer 3 switch to route between Vlans.  Will this make a big diff...

I've attatched the packet tracer file to see if anyone can figure out why I can't communicate across vlans.  Pretty sure its a simple fix for you wizards out there.
