Anyone know if you can use 8961 SIP phones with the WebEx Connect Client? Everything works fine until I try to switch WebEx Connect to "Use desk phone". It trys for a while then gives me "Service not Available" error message. 
I currently have a 4400 controller and I am looking at implementing WCS.  Will adding the controller to WCS change the controller settings? I don't want to take down my production network.
