Thanks for that manual Mark. Through that I was able to figure out the switch had a dhcp address assigned to it. I was able to get in and do what i needed to do.Thanks again!

Sorry i'm not so versed in networking, but my subnet is 255.255.255.0 192.168.168.x how would i get to 192.168.1.254 from that? I tried it with each baud setting including 115200 but no cigar.. could it be that i need to press the little reset butto...
