Yeah, I've tested every single speed with the console cable, checked the instalation guide from Cisco and followed the instructions to console and still nothing.
Jiaoying, the customer could try to use the LSI with SUSE 11.2 drivers and test it out, however as this is a non supported configuration he might experience issues in the future.
