What is the CIMC version you are running? You may be hitting https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCue89326/?reffering_site=dumpcr which should be fixed in CIMC 1.5.2 and later. -Kenny

Try to pull KVM from UCSM and go to BIOS and set the BIOS settings to factory defaults and then try to associate the Service Profile. Please post any errors you get if Service Profile association still fails... -Kenny

Catalyst dont support vPC but VSS is the same idea, so you can use the same design just probably not the same commands. -Kenny
