Hi Kevin, With the 10.5 version we follow the steps that you can see on the attached file. 1 - Access "Advanced Settings". 2 - Select "Cisco IM & Presence" 3 - Put the Ip address from IM & Presence server. Thanks

Thank you for your answer Jaime. The settings that you said are correct.To fix the problem was necessary restart the SIP Trunk CUPS on Call Manager, this is a SIP connection between Presence IM adn Callmanager.After restart, the service works again. ...
